NSW flood relief fund

As you will be aware, NSW has had persistent flooding since March 2022.  The stories are heartbreaking, with many families still without homes and living in temporary accommodations.

We at NSBC wanted to help in some way.  With over 1800 members, for the price of a cup of coffee, we as a club could raise $10,000 for those desperately in need of help.  These funds will go directly to the Country Women's Association of NSW (CWA) and will help families adversely impacted by the floods in NSW.  The CWA is on the ground and knows of the people in need, they also encourages recipients of the funds to spend locally so that it is a win-win for the affected communities. 

This fund is tax deductible, if your donation is over $50 we will arrange for you to receive a tax receipt via email.  Please keep this receipt as a record of your tax-deductible donation.

You can donate using our PayPal interface on the righthand side of this page, or you can donate when you are next playing bridge.  Please ask the Director and let them know that this is a donation for NSW Flood victims.
